Purposes, legal bases, storage periods, recipients<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Below, we present our processing activities in a transparent manner. If service providers (processors, Art. 28 GDPR) are used, corresponding contracts exist. Third-country transfers are explained under point 6. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.1 Provision of the website & server log files<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data<\/strong>: IP address, date\/time, URL, referrer, user agent, status code, transmitted bytes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Purpose<\/strong>: Technical operation, security (abuse\/attack prevention), stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legal basis<\/strong>: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in secure provision). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Storage period<\/strong>: Server log files are generally stored for 7\u201330 days, except in the case of incidents (longer retention for evidentiary purposes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Legal basis<\/strong>: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual communication) or lit. f GDPR (general inquiries). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Storage period<\/strong>: 6\u201312 months after completion; in the case of legal storage obligations (e.g. commercial\/tax law) correspondingly longer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
