The 4 Principles of Tick Protection
We cracked the code.
Questing ticks can’t see or hear — yet they detect and precisely locate a host from up to 10 metres away.
Contact
Each of the tick’s legs carries a gripping claw wired to an array of highly sensitive sensors. It registers an approaching host from up to 10 metres away, reading scent molecules in the air and vibrations in the ground beneath it. At the moment of contact, the tick has a single millisecond to decide: latch on, or let go. In that instant it reads pH, viscosity, temperature, skin resistance and blood composition. Getting that decision wrong can cost the tick its life. Which is exactly why its sensory system is so precise — and why it is the point where protection has to begin.
The Right
Testing Method
The ticks showed us the way.
We tested the tick repellents available on the market. 98% of them did not pass.
Test duration: 8 hours
Inspired by nature, we looked closely — and found a way.
We developed a rigorous testing method.
After hundreds of measurements, one thing became clear:
The 4 principles of tick protection.
We tested the tick repellents available on the market. 98% of them did not pass.
Test duration: 8 hours

Our research
We tested raw materials from 344 medicinal herbs.
22 different attars
23 different oleoresins
44 different liquid extracts
255 different essential oils

The solution
Change your perspective, and they’ll show you everything.
Most people look at ticks from above.
Observe them from the side — horizontally — and everything changes.
You recognize the 4 principles of tick protection
(smell, taste, contact and distance). Understand them and the path is clear for protection without neurotoxins – without synthetic pesticides!
Walk a mile in their shoes.
